Lavender Fields is a Philippine television drama action series broadcast by Kapamilya Channel. Directed by Emmanuel Quindo Palo and Jojo Saguin, it stars Jodi Sta. Maria in the title role.[2] It premiered on September 2, 2024 on the network's Primetime Bida line up replacing High Street on Pamilya Sagrado's timeslot.

Premise

Jasmin loved her clinic life in her mountain town, but a brush with a criminal empire took it all away. Now she is out for revenge with a new identity.

Production

On June 4, 2024, Lavender Fields was announced by Dreamscape Entertainment, with Jodi Sta. Maria cast in the lead role.

ABS-CBN had begun to reveal each of the cast members every week, followed by an interview from MJ Felipe.[10][11]

A series of events such as the announcement shoot, script reading and look test also took place, wherein more cast members are revealed. A behind-the-scenes of those events were also shared through ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel.[12][13][14]

The official trailer of the series was released on August 6, 2024.[15]

Release

Lavender Fields will be released on Netflix on August 30, 2024, and on iWantTFC on the following day, before releasing on free-to-air television platforms on September 2, 2024.[16][17]

The series will consist of 100 episodes.

Reception

Lavender Fields had an impressive television premiere earning 9.9% rating, the highest rating for a pilot episode in Primetime Bida second slot, post franchise denial. It also earned 629,565 peak concurrent views on its debut episode on Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube[18] and the number one series on Netflix.[19]
