The term "urban governing body" only makes sense if it refers to an actual governing body of some kind. Gewest or stadsgewest is a geographic term, not a way of referring to an organization. Schildewaert (talk) 23:16, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is unfortunate that Haaglanden has chosen to use "The Hague Region" on its website, but it would not be the first time a Dutch organization has mistranslated its name in English. NB If this term is used in a sentence and preceded by an article, it should be "the Hague Region", not "The Hague Region". One would not refer to "the The Hague Region".
