......... Re. the death of Stein, here described as a heart failure in a hotel. I have read he died during a minor surgery operation on his toe (sic!) never wakening up, although the operation was done in a good hospital, and the surgeon his friend, the Chief Surgeon of Ukraine. I had even once got a comment mentioning Chief surgeon of Ukraine was in part a honorary / political appointment. Thus not necessary meaning the title holder was really a skilled surgeon.
