The westernmost point at UTC+03:00

Could you explain please why the westernmost point at UTC+03:00 isn't the westernmost point of Belarus or South Sudan? We can clearly see on the map that both of them are much more to the west than 27° 19′, and both places are in year-round UTC+3 zone now. Corazon1 (talk) 08:14, 26 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
