dicdef articles

[edit]

Keep in mind that Wikipedia is not a dictionary, and writing articles which merely define terms doesn't actually contribute to the goals of the site. For example, your article, Absorption (Pharmacokinetics) is just a dictionary definition of the term. If you had added this as a section to Digestion, then perhaps you could have improved that article, but as it is, it's just what we refer to as a "dicdef", and such articles are typically merged or removed at some point. Don't feel bad, though. This is a very common misunderstanding of the purpose of Wikipedia for newcomers. Thank you for your contributions, and happy editing! -Harmil 13:16, 31 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Darusentan.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. — neuro(talk) 23:25, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
