This article has not garnered any independent sources in four years of editing. The article is about a former legislator who has never held or run for higher office, and has never served in legislative leadership; in general other Maine legislators have not been the subject of Wikipedia articles. The person has not been the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject. Indeed, much of the article reads as if it is self-promotional.
- This AfD nomination was incomplete (missing step 3). It is listed now. DumbBOT (talk) 13:44, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep State legislators are generally notable (see WP:POLITICIAN - point 1), and coverage seems to be plentiful, even if behind many pay and registration walls. Jim Miller See me | Touch me 15:23, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so consensus may be reached.

- Keep. State legislators are inherently notable. I added some references anyway. - Eastmain (talk) 06:01, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Per WP:POLITICIAN, anybody who's served in a state legislature is notable whether they've held a leadership role or not. If there are other Maine legislators who don't have articles yet, that's certainly not because they can't — it's because nobody's done them yet. Keep.
