Original - Not for voting - The Bahá'í House of Worship (or Bahá'í Temple) in Wilmette, Illinois, is the oldest surviving Baha'i House of Worship in the world, and the only one in the United States. It is a domed structure with a nine-sided symmetry, surrounded by gardens and fountains.
Reason
Good image quality; we currently don't have a featured picture for that unique building; has excellent encyclopedic value showcasing the building and the intricate patterns carved on it, as well as the pool.
