@Grandcrucafe: Even if you were going to create another account with the new username Grand Cru Café, you would probably get blocked on a handful of WMF wikis for a promotional username. Good evening Eurodyne (talk), i don't know what another people are trying to do with their user names, i can imagine that some ones can use them only for publicity or promotional purposes, but if i write an Article and somebody think that the line between neutral information and publicity is to close, with pleasure can we speak about this and come to common sense for the community, but i have not started yet. Just to make sure we get it right: You want to merge the global accounts Dpkpm007 and Deepak which are both yours. But Deepak also has non-attached local accounts like e.g. at enwiki, commonswiki, svwiki, etc. which are not yours. Is that correct? In that case, I would ask you to wait for SUL finalization which will make Deepak a global account without unattached local accounts. Hi. I was originally registered at ruwikipedia as Flammable. Once I needed to do some edits at mediawiki I registered global username Nitrocaster. What I want to do now is to merge Flammable into Nitrocaster in someway. Since local rename requests aren't allowed, I suppose the trick can be done by creating SUL Flammable (some local accounts should be usurped), deleting SUL Nitrocaster, and finally, renaming Flammable to Nitrocaster. It would be much easier to wait for the account merge tool because currently we would not only have to rename the local Flammable accounts to Nitrocaster but would also have to usurp the auto-created local Nitrocaster accounts. CDA

Excuse me I have no idea how to use that template. I just know I have been CDA at Wikipedia and Commons for years. I stopped editing a while back. I want to start editing again. I tried to open an account as CDA at Meta Wiki in order to join projects. It won't let me because it says CDA is too similar to CD4, an existing account. So I created CDAUSK - but two problems - I think it will confuse people and also I have to log out of Wikipedia to use Meta Wiki. Can't I just be CDA at Meta Wiki? As can be seen at [47], you already have an account at meta under the name CDA. It has the same username and password as your Wikipedia account and you should be able to log in and edit.
