Sfingomijelinska fosfodiestaraza D (EC 3.1.4.41, sfingomijelinaza D) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sphingomijelin keramid-fosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sfingomijelin + H2O keramid fosfat + holin
Ovaj enzim ne deluje na fosfatidilholin, ali hidrolizuje 2-lizofosfatidilholin do holina i 2-lizofosfatidata.
