Mark E. Eaton (January 24, 1957 – May 28, 2021) was an American professional basketball player. He spent his entire career with the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1982 until 1992. Eaton holds the NBA record for most blocks in a season (456) and career average blocked shots per game (3.50).

Eaton died on May 28, 2021, at age 64, after a bicycle accident in Park City, Utah.[1]
