Mesquite, Texas
Mesquite is a large city in north-central Texas. It is a part of a much larger group of cities called the Metroplex. Its population in 2020 was 150,108.
History
[change | change source]The city was founded on March 14, 1878. It was named after the Mesquite Creek. The city was officially created on December 3, 1887.
