This looks like it should be merged with Q1445364 ? Moebeus (talk) 13:29, 27 March 2018 (UTC)

- The articles in sv.wiki and ceb.wiki are about the municipality. The Geonames identifier in Q24013501 is related to the municipality and the Geonames identifier in Q1445364 is related to the populated place/town/locality. I think usually the main cluster in Wikidata should correspond to the municipalities, since the P772 value, P47 value, P131 value, P1313 value, population figures, area (...) and so on correspond ...to the municipality. And the Wikipedias are focused in having "every municipality in", although in the wiki-articles these entities are often treated vaguely/dually as "es un municipio y una localidad", "es una ciudad" (...). So, IMHO 1) this item should be merged with Q1445364. 2) Geoname identifiers sbould be changed. And, 3) a new item for the populated place may be created, with the following Geonames ID: 2518575. strakhov (talk) 17:15, 3 November 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not an expert on administrative subdivisions for this region, but I agree with User:Strakhov about 1 and 2. I'm not absolutely sure about the convenience of creating all the populated places, although the Geonames ID:2518575 would be the right one in that case. - @User:Maria zaos: individual items already exist for most populated places in Spain (at least for the ones with a Geonames ID), precisely because of ceb.wiki & sv.wiki wikipedias. strakhov (talk) 17:18, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you! I only knew about sv.wiki and ceb.wiki capitals of municipalities (mostly). Maria zaos (talk) 17:27, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
